Run With the One You Love
Christy and I ran the Heart Association 5K yesterday which uses the church as its staging area. It was an absolutely perfect morning and we had a great run together. Christy actually finished second in her division. Way to go! The 87 year-old runner in our church finished the 10K yet again. Very impressive.

Christy - proud of you! Glad you two "keep running together". Dad and I are trying to "keep walking together". No running for us but then again I meet with a trainer today. She may have a different course for me! Have a blessed vacation.
