I head to Santa Paula today for my monthly meeting with a group of pastors. We will be discussing a leadership book we read called QBQ! The Question Behind the Question: What to Really Ask Yourself to Eliminate Blame, Complaining, and Procrastination. The emphasis of the book is on practicing personal accountability at work and in life. I really think this is an important concept, as we can be so quick to blame others. Even Adam and Eve placed blame when confronted with their sin. It is a very short book and quick read. I always like that.
