Head, though I do more from the heart than ever in my life.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a struggle for me as I tend to be such a people-pleaser by nature. I don't want anyone to be unhappy. But the reality is that good leaders are going to make people unhappy. It goes with the territory. There are some very important decisions that must be made with the head.
